DE POSGRADO<\/strong> &#8211; 60 horas &#8211; <br><strong>Fecha de inicio<\/strong>: semana del 5 de agosto de 2024.\u00a0<br>Las algas constituyen la base de la producci\u00f3n primaria en la cadena alimentaria acu\u00e1tica. En el medio marino, las algas sostienen la producci\u00f3n de unos cien millones de toneladas al a\u00f1o de pesquer\u00edas marinas y de una parte importante de la producci\u00f3n acu\u00edcola (macroalgas marinas, moluscos, cr\u00eda de larvas, etc.), asegurando un suministro estable de alimentos para el consumo humano. Diariamente se utiliza adem\u00e1s un amplio rango de sustancias de alto valor derivadas de las algas marinas, como los ficocoloides y los pigmentos. Seg\u00fan las predicciones de FAO la producci\u00f3n de algas experimentar\u00e1 un crecimiento global r\u00e1pido y sostenido durante las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas.<br>Este curso intentar\u00e1 impartir formaci\u00f3n en biolog\u00eda de algas, tanto en el plano te\u00f3rico como en el pr\u00e1ctico, de manera tal de capacitar a los estudiantes doctorales para el desempe\u00f1o de su actividad profesional futura en investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo en organismos\/centros p\u00fablicos o privados, industrias biotecnol\u00f3gicas, docencia, divulgaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, gesti\u00f3n y otras labores relacionadas con estas ciencias seg\u00fan la orientaci\u00f3n determinada por la carrera.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CURSO DE POSGRADO &#8211; 60 horas &#8211; Fecha de inicio: semana del 5 de agosto de 2024.\u00a0Las algas constituyen la base de la producci\u00f3n primaria en la cadena alimentaria acu\u00e1tica.
