Adem\u00e1s, buscamos genes, prote\u00ednas y metabolitos candidatos para proporcionar calidad, resistencia a enfermedades y una vida \u00fatil prolongada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En duraznos de variedades cultivadas en la regi\u00f3n: (a) ensayamos las condiciones para la DO, previo al secado y valoramos las caracter\u00edsticas sensoriales y nutrac\u00e9uticas, y la estabilidad del producto durante el almacenamiento, y la biodisponibilidad de los nutrientes, (b) identificamos las respuestas fisiol\u00f3gicas y moleculares a la IG sobre duraznos, (c) analizamos el efecto de la IG sobre la calidad y viabilidad de frutos de duraznos m\u00ednimamente procesados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\".texto-justificado\">Utilizando hojas de genotipos resistentes y susceptibles al desarrollo de la enfermedad el torque de duraznero estudiamos&nbsp; los cambios din\u00e1micos tempranos y tard\u00edos en el metaboloma, hormonoma, lipidoma, proteoma y transcriptoma de P. persica en respuesta a T. deformans, el agente causal. Estos estudios permitir\u00e1n la selecci\u00f3n de cultivares altamente tolerantes al desarrollo del torque, lo disminuir\u00e1 el uso de agroqu\u00edmicos para su
