Se combinan datos fenot\u00edpicos, marcadores moleculares y haplotipos generados mediante tecnolog\u00edas de alto desempe\u00f1o, con el fin de identificar regiones gen\u00f3micas asociadas al desempe\u00f1o y la estabilidad de los genotipos. El plan de trabajo se orienta a: <strong>(1)<\/strong> identificar genes y loci clave vinculados a caracteres de inter\u00e9s agron\u00f3mico mediante mapeo por asociaci\u00f3n; <strong>(2)<\/strong> evaluar distintas metodolog\u00edas de selecci\u00f3n gen\u00f3mica y an\u00e1lisis multilocus; <strong>(3)<\/strong> caracterizar variantes gen\u00e9ticas relacionadas con la adaptaci\u00f3n a ambientes contrastantes; y <strong>(4)<\/strong> integrar informaci\u00f3n molecular y fenot\u00edpica para optimizar estrategias de mejoramiento. Este enfoque permite profundizar el conocimiento de la arquitectura gen\u00e9tica de los caracteres y avanzar en el desarrollo de herramientas predictivas para seleccionar materiales estables y de
