Asimismo, se estudia la regulaci\u00f3n de la fotos\u00edntesis dentro de los mecanismos que controlan la homeostasis energ\u00e9tica celular en distintas especies Podest\u00e1<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Se busca generar conocimiento para optimizar los tratamientos de acondicionamiento de los frutos c\u00edtricos a fin de preservar la calidad interna de los mismos y su mantenimiento durante el per\u00edodo&nbsp;poscosecha. El objetivo es definir los par\u00e1metros responsables de los caracteres organol\u00e9pticos y del mantenimiento de la calidad de los diferentes frutos c\u00edtricos durante su desarrollo, madurez y en la&nbsp;poscosecha, a trav\u00e9s de un estudio integral de algunas de las principales v\u00edas metab\u00f3licas de frutos c\u00edtricos. Se apunta a la elaboraci\u00f3n de un perfil bioqu\u00edmico que de un sustento a nivel molecular de c\u00f3mo se conforman los indicadores cl\u00e1sicos de calidad organol\u00e9ptica. contribuir a develar las bases moleculares y bioqu\u00edmicas implicadas en la firmeza de los frutos a trav\u00e9s del estudio de la bioqu\u00edmica de los componentes de la pared celular. La estrategia experimental comprende estudios comparativos en variedades con diferencias conocidas en lo relativo a este factor durante el desarrollo y la&nbsp;poscosecha. En forma paralela, se proponen diversos tratamientos de fertilizaci\u00f3n con calcio previos a la cosecha, investigando la importancia relativa de los mismos en el mantenimiento de la calidad del fruto hasta el momento de su comercializaci\u00f3n y en el per\u00edodo de la&nbsp;poscosecha. adaptabilidad, productividad y calidad maderera. El cambio clim\u00e1tico, con la ocurrencia extremos h\u00eddricos (sequ\u00edas, inundaciones) y t\u00e9rmicos (olas de calor, heladas) representa un desaf\u00edo ya que estas plantas suelen presentar sensibilidad frente a estos eventos. En nuestro laboratorio se estudian desde el punto de vista fisiol\u00f3gico, bioqu\u00edmico y molecular las respuestas de distintas especies del g\u00e9nero&nbsp;<em>Eucalyptus<\/em>&nbsp;a condiciones de estr\u00e9s por fr\u00edo y sequ\u00eda como punto de partida para la comprensi\u00f3n de los mecanismos biol\u00f3gicos responsables de la tolerancia a estos estreses. Blanco<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas depende de la capacidad que exhiban para adaptarse a medioambientes y condiciones ambientales adversas. Los mecanismos de regulaci\u00f3n de la fotos\u00edntesis son parte esencial de las estrategias de adaptaci\u00f3n de las plantas frente a estas condiciones ambientales. Mediante un enfoque metodol\u00f3gico multidisciplinario, donde se destacan medidas PAM de par\u00e1metros fotosint\u00e9ticos y t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00eda de avanzada, estudiamos la regulaci\u00f3n de la fotos\u00edntesis. A nivel celular, estamos interesados en revelar los mecanismos mediados por la quinasa SnRK1.1 para detectar cambios en el rendimiento fotosint\u00e9tico y orquestar respuestas ad hoc. De manera complementaria, desarrollamos nuevas estrategias para adaptar el funcionamiento de la fotos\u00edntesis, y en especial del fotosistema I, a condiciones de crecimiento no \u00f3ptimas.
