Drincovich<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En esta l\u00ednea de trabajo, exploramos nuevas estrategias para lograr un aumento en la productividad de los cultivos y una mayor eficiencia en el uso del agua en condiciones ambientales adversas relacionadas con el cambio clim\u00e1tico global y de manera tal que estas estrategias generen un impacto positivo sobre el medio ambiente. Para esto, se estudian las bases bioqu\u00edmicas del exporte de&nbsp;fotoasimilados&nbsp;y del movimiento estom\u00e1tico, y las enzimas implicadas en estos procesos, dise\u00f1ando estrategias de modificaci\u00f3n que impacten en una mayor producci\u00f3n y eficiencia. tienen gran importancia agron\u00f3mica, alimenticia y comercial y son fuentes importantes de fitoqu\u00edmicos con importantes ventajas para la alimentaci\u00f3n y salud humana. Mediante diversas herramientas bioqu\u00edmicas y moleculares identificamos metabolitos y prote\u00ednas que juegan rol central en la calidad final del fruto y estudiamos sus roles funcionales, enfoc\u00e1ndonos principalmente en durazno (<em>Prunuspersica<\/em>) y tomate (<em>Solanumlycopersicum<\/em>).
