This service involves carrying out the preparation of protein extracts from biological samples, following the detection of a particular protein through enzymatic and immunodetection assays. Methodology: 1. Preparation of the protein extracts of the samples under non-denaturing conditions. 2. Spectrophotometric measurements of enzymatic activity in duplicate determinations. 3. Electrophoretic separation of the proteins present in the extracts. 4. Immunodetection with specific antibodies.
