The sixth international “Fascination of Plants Day” is launched by plant scientists across the world under the umbrella of the European Plant Science Organisation (EPSO).
CEFOBI wants to celebrate The Fascination of Plants Day and invited a local artist to share her fascination about plants.
Nana Gonzalez is an artist from Rosario (Argentina) who illustrates books for kids. As many of us, Nana feels a profound attraction and fascination about plants.
Nana tells us: "“The Nature is magic; and so are plants and animals. I am interested in the vivid colours and different shapes of plants, and how they survive. I am fascinated about these features. They inspired me to create new drawings”.
Nana has a degree in Arts at the National University of Rosario (Argentina). During the last 20 years, she has been illustrating books for authors in Argentina, Colombia, US, UK and Korea.
